Haile Selassie Speech to the United Nations in 1963.

Here is what Haile Selassie adresses:

“Until the philosophy which holds one race superior and another inferior is finally and permanently discredited and abandoned.

That until there are no longer first-class and second class citizens of any nation.

That until the color of a man’s skin is of no more significance than the color of his eyes.

That until the basic human rights are equally guaranteed to all without regard to race.

That until that day, the dream of lasting peace and world citizenship and the rule of international morality will remain but a fleeting illusion, to be pursued but never attained.”

Pope Francis: “Catechists are evangelizers who transmit the Eucharist they live”.

Pope Francis on Friday met representatives of the European bishops’ conferences who are responsible for catechesis.

They were in Rome for a Vatican meeting.

Catechists are evangelizers who live from the celebration of the Eucharist and feel more vividly the passion to transmit the faith with the creativity and drive of the Holy Spirit

The privileged place of catechesis is precisely the Eucharistic celebration, where brothers and sisters come together to discover more and more the different ways of God’s presence in their lives.”

The Pope made the remark on Friday to some 80 delegates of the European bishops’ conferences who are responsible for catechesis

They participated in a meeting on “Catechesis and Catechists for the New Evangelization“, promoted by the Vatican Pontifical Council for the Promotion of the New Evangelization.

Recalling the International Eucharistic Congress which he concluded on Sunday in the Hungarian capital, Budapest, the Pope said that the commitment of catechists can be greatly effective in the work of evangelization if they keep their gaze fixed on the Eucharistic mystery.

Pope Francis recalled how Jesus, who had arranged everything for the Passover, sent his disciples saying, “Go into the city”.

Christians, preparing to celebrate the culmination of the mystery of faith, are invited to go first “into the city”, to meet people busy with their daily commitments.”

Catechesis, Pope Francis said, is not an abstract communication of theoretical knowledge of formulas to be memorized, but is the mystagogical experience of those who learn to meet their brothers and sisters where they live and work, because they themselves have met Christ, who has called them to become missionary disciples, according Vatican News

Pope Francis calls for prayer, fasting for Afghanistan.

At the Angelus, Pope Francis calls Christians to show solidarity with the people of Afghanistan, especially women and children, the victims of violent attacks in recent days.

Let us continue to assist those in need“, he says, “and pray that dialogue and solidarity may lead to peaceful and fraternal coexistence.”

In a statement by Pope Francis:

“I am following the situation in Afghanistan with great concern,” Pope Francis said on Sunday, adding, “I share in the suffering of those who mourn for the people who lost their lives in the suicide attacks last Thursday, and of those who are seeking help and protection.”

Almost two hundred people were killed in the suicide bombing at Kabul’s airport last week, and thousands of people are still waiting desperately to flee to the country as the Taliban takes control of the war-torn nation.

The Holy Father commended the souls of those who were killed “to the mercy of Almighty God.”

At the same time, he thanked those who are working to help the “sorely tried population” of Afghanistan, especially women and children.

“I ask everyone to continue to assist those in need,” the Pope said, “and to pray that dialogue and solidarity may lead to the establishment of peaceful and fraternal coexistence, and offer hope for the future of the country.”

Pope Francis insisted that “in historical moments like this we cannot remained indifferent,” and for Christians it is a duty to respond.

For this reason, he said, “I appeal to everyone to intensify prayer and practise fasting: prayer and fasting, prayer and penance.

Now is the time to do it.”

Adding emphasis to his appeal, he continued, “I’m serious: intensify prayer and practice fasting, asking the Lord for mercy and forgiveness”, according Vatican News.

UN chief urges Taliban in Afghanistan to halt offensive immediately, negotiate ‘in good faith’.

The UN Secretary-General on Friday called on Taliban militants to “immediately halt” their offensive against government forces and return to the negotiating table in good faith, “in the interest of Afghanistan, and its people.”

António Guterres told reporters at UN Headquarters in New York that humanitarian needs were “growing by the hour” and the country largely spinning out of control.

“Even for a country that has tragically known generations of conflict, Afghanistan is in the throes of yet another chaotic and desperate chapter – an incredible tragedy for its long-suffering people”, he said, noting that more than 1,000 people have been killed or injured from indiscriminate attacks against civilians, notably in Helmand, Kandahar and Herat provinces, in just the past month.

The UN chief said the fighting between Taliban and Afghan security forces for control of cities and towns, was “causing tremendous harm.

At least 241,000 people have been forced to flee from their homes…

Hospitals are overflowing.

Food and medical supplies are dwindling.

Roads, bridges, schools, clinics and other critical infrastructure are being destroyed”, he added.

“Continued urban conflict will mean continued carnage” he said, with civilians inevitably paying the highest price.

“I call on all parties to take heed of the conflict’s heavy toll and its devastating impact on civilians.

They all must do more to protect civilians.”

Holding on for peace

He said there was still potential for stalled intra-Afghan talks taking place in Doha, Qatar, supported by the region and the wider international community, which could lead to a negotiated settlement.

“Only an Afghan-led negotiated political settlement can ensure peace”, he added, declaring that the UN was determined to contribute to a peace deal, “promote the rights of all Afghans and provide life-saving humanitarian help to the ever increasing numbers of civilians in need”, according UN News.

United Nations experts: free, fair Palestinian elections, must include East Jerusalem.

Landmark elections in the Occupied Palestinian territory must be rescheduled soon and include East Jerusalem, three UN independent human rights experts said in a statement on Monday.

The first parliamentary and presidential elections in 15 years were scheduled to take place in May and July, respectively.

But they were postponed by Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas on 29 April, amid concerns about the ability to vote in East Jerusalem.

Expressing their deep concern over the postponement, the UN experts called on the Palestinian Authority and Israel “to take all steps necessary within their power” to reschedule the elections “within a reasonably short timeframe”, and to ensure they are free, fair, democratic, peaceful and credible.

“The Palestinian elections present a monumental opportunity to renew the democratic process, to address the long-standing internal political divisions, to strengthen accountable institutions and to take an important step towards achieving the fundamental national and individual rights of the Palestinian people,” they said.

“We call upon Israel to clearly state that it will allow the full democratic participation of Palestinians in East Jerusalem in the planned elections.

As the occupying power in East Jerusalem, it must interfere as little as possible with the rights and daily lives of the Palestinians.”

The rights experts noted that Palestinians in East Jerusalem have the right to participate in elections under the 2005 Oslo Agreements, and have voted on three previous occasions, albeit with considerable difficulties.

“The international community has repeatedly stated, through the UN Security Council and the General Assembly, that all Israeli alterations to East Jerusalem’s demography and to its political and legal status are null and void,” they said.

“Here is a golden opportunity for the world to affirm these commitments in the name of democracy and international law.”

They called upon the Palestinian Authority to reschedule the elections for the near future and urged all sides, “including the occupying power”, to respect democratic when they are held, according UN News.

The three UN experts who issued the statement are: Michael Lynk, Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the Occupied Palestinian Territory; Irene Khan, Special Rapporteur on the promotion and protection of the right to freedom of expression, and Clément Nyaletsossi Voule, Special Rapporteur on rights to freedom of peaceful assembly and of association.

They were appointed by the UN Human Rights Council, and serve in their individual capacity and on a voluntary basis.

Independent experts are not UN staff, neither are they paid by the Organization.

A bomb attack on eve of Eid al-Adha in Iraq, ‘terrorism knows no bounds’.

UN Secretary-General António Guterres strongly condemned the “horrific bomb attack targeting civilians” at a busy market in the north-east of the Iraqi capital Al-Sadr City, just before the Eid al-Adha holiday.

Eid al-Adha ‘Festival of the Sacrifice’) is the latter of the two official holidays celebrated within Islam.

Eid al-Adha honors the willingness of Ibrahim (Abraham) to sacrifice his son Ishmael (in Judaism, Isaac) as an act of obedience to God’s command.

In a statement issued on Monday night, Deputy Spokesman Farhan Haq said that the UN chief called the deadly attack in Baghdad’s Al-Sadr City “a reminder to us all that the scourge of terrorism knows no bounds”.

At least 30 people were killed and dozens of others wounded when a bomb exploded in the Iraqi capital, according to security sources.

The device exploded in the Al-Wuhailat market as families prepared for the Islamic festival of Eid al-Adha on Tuesday.

Mr. Guterres extended his heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims, the Government and people of Iraq and wished the injured a speedy recovery.

“The Secretary-General underlines the need for the perpetrators of this crime to be swiftly brought to justice”, the statement read.

According UN News the UN Children’s Fund (UNICEF) also lamented the deaths, which included children, and the injuries sustained by those in the blast.

“This horrific attack right before Eid Al-Adha is a terrible reminder of the violence Iraqi children continue to face”, said the UNICEF Representative in the country, Sheema Sen Gupta.

“Those children were just preparing for the special days to come with their families”, she added.

The UN official reminded that children should be protected at all times and grow in a safe environment free from any form of violence.

“On the eve of Eid Al-Adha and as Iraqis mourn this sad moment, UNICEF calls for all actors in Iraq to work together towards a safer Iraq where children do not have to live in fear and where they enjoy their very basic activities and rights”, she concluded.

News sources called it the deadliest bombing in Baghdad in six months and reported that the IS terrorist network claimed to be behind the blast, saying one of its members detonated an explosive vest.

Although the Government declared victory in its war against the jihadist group at the end of 2017, so called “sleeper cells” continue to wage a low-level insurgency in the country.

Is Haile Selassie the incarnation of Jesus Christ?

Haile Selassie (Ras Tafari Makonnen) 23 July 1892 – 27 August 1975.

Haile Selassie I was an Ethiopian regent from 1916 to 1930 and emperor from 1930 to 1974.

Haile Selassie is the second coming of Jesus Christ according Rastafarians because He is the son of King David.

Haile Selassie is the son of Kind David

One of His biggest disciples was Reggae musician Bob Marley.

Haile Selassie is considered as the son of king David, King David is known in the Bible as well as in the Quran).

It is often in the Bible (old testament) written that the son of king David will be the Messiah.

King David was as you maybe know the King of Israel (ca. 1000 BCE).

I did a big discovery when I read the Holy Bible and will reveal it here to you: Jesus Christ is born twice from the root of king David.

Yeshua (Jesus) was His Hebrew name in Israel around 2000 year ago.

Yeshua (Jesus) is born from the root of King David, the bloodline of King David goes to Jesus His father Joseph.

Haile Selassie (his original name: Ras Tafari Makonnen) wich Rastafarians believe is the second coming of Jesus Christ, is also born from the root of King David.

Haile Selassie born from the root of king David

That’s why Haile Selassie I is Jesus, He is son of King David in the Bible.

Here is the story: King Solomon (King of Israel) had a visit and sex with the Queen of Ethiopia: Queen of Sheba.

Solomon gave Queen of Sheba a son: Menelik I.

Menelik I was the first emperor of Ethiopia and of Hebrew descent, ruling in the 10th century BC.

Haile Selassie is a descendant of Menelik I, so born from the root of king David.

In conclusion: Haile Selassie is the Biblical second coming of Jesus Christ because He is from the root of King David.

Jesus will rule the world government (United Nations)

The World Government Movement believes Jesus will return to rule the coming world government.

Almost every country is gathered at the United Nations General Assembly (193 countries), and we believe Jesus Christ will return soon to guide these world leaders and lead us to a Paradise on Earth.

According the Bible, Jesus will rule over all nations, so this might be true.

Jesus will rule the world government

It is written in Isaiah 9:6 that Jesus will rule the world government:

For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

And the government shall be upon His shoulder

To our conclusion this means one government: a world government.

Jesus will advise and be a mediator for all world leaders, because Jesus is called wonderful counsellor and mediator between God and mankind.

As written before, we see the United Nations general assembly (193 countries) as the beginning of the world government.

The signs of Jesus Christ His return in the Bible are happening, for example in Matthew 24 6:8 KJV:

And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.

For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.

All these are the beginning of sorrows.

The world government movement believes the coronavirus is one of these pestelinces as written in Matthew 24.

Let us pray Jesus Christ will return soon, we need Jesus more than ever to rule the world.
